NAPOLITANO: "Well, you know, I -- I don’t pay much attention to the WikiLeaks except for the fact that if there’s been attribution to the Russians by our intelligence forces, I hope that there is a serious policy review and determination being made now as to what we do next. You know, usually when you have hacks of this type, attribution is very difficult to ascertain. Who is actually responsible for the hack? But here, when we have such unanimity among our own security forces that the Russians are behind this, that -- that’s a big deal."
