Ted Cruz Leaves Voicemails Asking Voters to Support Donald Trump

Ted Cruz Leaves Voicemails Asking Voters to Support Man Who Insulted Wife, Dad (Mediaite)

Sen. Ted Cruz, who recently threw his belated support behind Republican candidate Donald Trump, has been reduced to placing unanswered calls to Texas voters asking them to come out on election day and vote for “freedom.”

“Freedom,” in this case, also referring to the man who smeared his wife and father during the GOP primary.

In the above video, published online by Dallas News photojournalist G.J. McCarthy, Cruz can be seen wringing out the last drops of enthusiasm he may have ever had for the political process and pouring them into voicemails for Fort Worth voters who don’t answer his calls.
