KASPAROV: “He desperately needs Trump to be the president of the United States. Putin has been sliding steadily into pariah status after especially a release of the report of MH17, the Malaysian Boeing shot by Russian missile, carpet bombings of Aleppo, war crimes in Syria. Putin needs not a friend, but someone who acts as an agent of chaos. And Trump, you know, for what he said, from the way he has been acting, it’s an ideal counterpart for Putin to go after NATO, EU, to destroy institutions that have been guaranteeing stability and order for decades.”
