A federal appellate court today ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to respond to the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case by June 1st. This appellate court order orders Sullivan to explain why he denied the Justice Department’s request to dismiss the case. Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, telling this broadcast the ruling indicates the appellate court sees a problem to the administration of justice and, certainly, that problem — the focal point of that problem is none other than the Judge Emmet Sullivan."
