SANDERS:  "Look, I have — as you know, over a dozen states have delayed their elections and I think that’s the right thing to do. People should not have to put their lives on the line in order to participate in our democracy, so I would have preferred that the Wisconsin election be delayed. But if that’s not going to be the case I think you have to extend the amount of time that people have in order to submit their paper ballots, that would be a better approach."
