‘This is according to an email sent to McCabe’s attorneys’

MITCHELL: "And breaking news just in from the Department of Justice. Federal prosecutors have decided after months and months not to pursue criminal charges against former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. This according to an email sent to McCabe’s attorneys. 'The Washington Post' was first to report that the department could make the decision public within days. In a statement to NBC, McCabe’s lawyers said we are pleased that Andrew McCabe and his family can go on with their lives without this cloud hanging over them.”
