Lawrence Jones: Trump Needs to ‘Deliver the Message’ that Blacks Have Been Hurt by Dems to Those Who Don’t Already Support Him

‘There a lot of people in my community experiencing hardship, and they don’t care what political party that you are, they want someone that will come there and say that they care about them’

EXCERPT:

JONES: "You know, that’s amazing. Great, all great stuff, but you are delivering the speech and, look, like, you know I support the president but you are delivering that speech to people that you already got their vote, right? I have been traveling across the entire country, Baltimore. I have gone to Philly. I have gone to Chicago. You need to deliver that message to the people that you already don’t got. And so that’s been my problem with the White House strategy these are people telling the president don’t go to those places because you don’t have a shot. I believe the president has a shot. It’s wealth over poverty. There a lot of people in my community experiencing hardship, and they don’t care what political party that you are, they want someone that will come there and say that they care about them. And bring some solutions there the White House hasn’t done that yet."
