BUTTIGIEG: "There were floods and fires and storms before. But the severity and the frequency of these weather events is unquestionably accelerating. And it is simply unacceptable that we are having a debate over weather to deal with climate change. The only acceptable debate is how to deal with it. That's the first thing I'm taking away."
