Fox News: Michael Cohen in Talks with Federal Prosecutors for Plea Deal

Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen is striking a deal with federal prosecutors, Fox News has learned

EXCERPT:

TECCE: "No, I’m not surprised at all. The fact of the matter is that the Government has been looking at Michael Cohen, he's obviously got some type of criminal liability, and rather than take his chances and get indicted and go to prison, or face the same phase as Paul Manafort, he's decided to plead guilty. And although we haven’t seen it, I would be amazed if his plea agreement doesn’t include his agreement to cooperate with the Government with any kind of ongoing investigation."
