O’Donnell: The Next President Can Undo Obama’s Exec. Order Faster than it Was Enacted

This is defined entirely by familiar relationships, that’s how you fall under this. But it will be as bigger thing as we’re saying it is, unless the next president un-does it which — the next president can undo it faster than he just said it, and in that case, you would have had a three-year hiccup in the history of our process here."
