TUR: "If Donald Trump wanted to be the good guy, bridge the gap could have done it in January. He had enough room. Even after 2016 and after what many felt was a totally outrageous campaign that sunk to new lows, that was insulting for so many Americans he still could have come out in January and said I'm going to start with an infrastructure bill. Leave all that behind me. Work with Democrats. Republicans would have come running because it's a Republican president and he would have started with something bipartisan setting the tone going forward.
