Roland Martin: ‘White Evangelicals Do Not Care’ About Roy Moore Allegations (Mediaite)

Much of today’s news cycle has been driven by the explosive allegations against Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore. In the Washington Post’s bombshell report, four women claimed that Moore tried to pursue relationships with them when they were teenagers and he was in his 30s. One woman said that Moore initiated sexual contact with her when she was only 14 and he was 32.

During a panel discussion on MSNBC’s The Beat, NewsOne host Roland Martin made the argument that even though these accusations paint Moore as a sexual predator and a deeply hypocritical man, it will not matter to many of his supporters.
